Aris was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, a few blocks away from the historic Castro District. His first camera was a Kodak EasyShare he bought for a high school digital photography class in the early '00s. Since then he's been in and out of photography as a hobby until deciding to pursue the profession and art seriously in 2018.
Since then he's gained years of operations training, leveraging his studio experience to manage and operate lighting equipment, Phase One XF/IQ, and Canon EOS camera systems. Recognized for collaborative nature, attention to detail, and stewardship.
He currently resides in San Francisco with his spouse and rescued doxle.
